To celebrate Chef Angelo's 2 month anniversary with us, I baked for him this sweet batch of Chocolate Chip Cookies!
For about 4 dozen cookies:
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 ¼ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 bag (12 oz) of Milk Chocolate Chips

1. Heat oven to 375°F

2. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the sugar butter vanilla and the egg.  Stir in the Flower Baking-soda and Salt. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips!!

3.On a cookie sheet drop tablespoons full of dough in circular forms . Leave a 2 inch distance between each one.

4.Bake 10 minutes, or until light brown. Cool 1 to 2 minutes, while you serve yourself a glass of milk and ENJOY YOUR COOKIES!
