Angelo made Polish beet soup with the beets I brought in from the farmers market.
He followed the recipe from our Polish Cook book.


The beets were cut, cleaned and wrapped in foil.After a few minutes in the oven they were ready to be chopped into the broth. The result was absolutely delicious. 
Lots of kitchen scraps into the compost bin tonight! 🙂
